Head Teacher
Mrs. Akello Rose Kuloba
Mrs. Akello Rose Kuloba serves as the Head Teacher of Bubulo Secondary School. She provides overall leadership and direction in academic planning, staff supervision, student discipline, and institutional development. Under her guidance, the school continues to strengthen teaching standards, integrate modern learning approaches, and uphold discipline and ethical conduct among learners.
She works closely with government authorities, parents, and development partners to ensure that the school remains compliant with national education policies and continues to improve infrastructure, learning facilities, and student welfare.
Deputy Head Teacher
