At Bubulo Secondary School, clubs and societies play a vital role in nurturing learners’ talents, leadership skills, creativity, and values. Through active participation in clubs, students develop confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility that complements academic learning.

RAMSA Club (Raise and Make a Student Achiever)
The RAMSA Club focuses on student empowerment, discipline, and leadership development. Members engage in mentorship sessions, motivational talks, academic support activities, and community service. The club helps learners build confidence, self-awareness, and goal-oriented attitudes necessary for academic and personal success.
Scripture Union (SU)
Scripture Union nurtures spiritual growth, moral values, and Christian fellowship among students. Through Bible study sessions, prayer meetings, worship, and outreach activities, SU guides learners in developing integrity, compassion, and responsible conduct both in and outside school.
ICT Club
The ICT Club provides learners with practical exposure to modern technology and digital skills. Members engage in computer applications, basic programming, digital research, and innovation activities. The club enhances problem-solving abilities and prepares students for a technology-driven world.
Science Club
The Science Club promotes curiosity, experimentation, and scientific thinking. Students participate in hands-on experiments, science exhibitions, environmental conservation activities, and academic discussions. The club inspires innovation and critical thinking in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and applied sciences.
SureStart Club
SureStart equips learners with life skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, financial literacy, and personal development competencies. Through practical sessions and guided mentorship, students develop initiative, resilience, and preparedness for future career and life challenges.
Debating Club
The Debating Club strengthens public speaking, critical thinking, and structured argumentation skills. Members learn how to research topics, express ideas confidently, and engage in logical discussions. The club also prepares students for inter-school debates and leadership roles.
Writers’ Club
The Writers’ Club nurtures creativity, literacy, and communication skills. Students express themselves through poetry, short stories, articles, and journalism activities. Music, Dance & Drama (MDD) Club
The Music, Dance and Drama Club develops artistic talent and cultural appreciation. Members participate in music performances, traditional and contemporary dances, drama productions, and cultural events. The club promotes teamwork, confidence, creativity, and appreciation of Uganda’s cultural heritage.
